The PEA and EIA methodologies developed by RCS have helped RCS clients identify and understand the political and economic incentives of stakeholders relevant to their project and implementing environment. The methodologies map actors’ motivations and their relations – both to each other and to the project, and identify risks and opportunities that these present. They also establish detailed information on the intricate workings of the local, national, regional and global economic processes directly or indirectly impacting the project and vice versa. The RCS tools help RCS clients going into and operating in complex environments to understand better the real sources of common challenges and opportunities. RCS then develops practical strategies helping executives and project managers make better, more informed decisions with confidence.
